Kartchner Caverns State Park is a world class cave in southeastern Arizona about 40 miles southeast of Tucson, Arizona. Unlike most other large caverns which have been developed extensively, Kartchner Caverns are mostly left in their natural state allowing visitors to see beautiful and grand formations much as how they would’ve been before their discovery in 1974. This Arizona State park has over 2.4 (3.9km) miles of passages full of amazing features including the world’s most extensive formation of brushite moonmilk.
Your custom day tour to Kartchner Caverns will include a beautiful scenic drive through the open Sonoran desert landscape of southern Arizona. Once at the KC state park, you will enjoy a professional 1.5 hour guided tour of the caverns that will be both educational and highly memorable. This tour is subject to park reservation availability.
