The Grand Canyon IMAX® Movie penetrates the innermost depths of Grand Canyon, taking viewers where they could never go, showing them things they could never see, through the startling reality of the IMAX® format. Grand Canyon IMAX® Theater has traditionally been the first stop for groups coming to the Grand Canyon.
The theater is located in the National Geographic Visitor Center near the South Rim of the Grand Canyon in Tusayan Arizona. Their visitor center offers information about area hotels, accommodations, attractions, dining, and miscellaneous other activities. Their visitor center is an official Arizona Office of Tourism Visitor Center.
TIMES are every hour on the half hour.
March through October the first showing is at 8:30am and the last showing is at 8:30pm.
November through February, showings are from 10:30am to 6:30pm.
